Stops #4 & #5 of 2024 started off with disappointment as Saturdays Open Tournament on Lewisville had to be canceled/rescheduled when Mother Nature decided to put on a spectacular early morning lightning show. Turned out to be the right call as the sky was lit up all morning and most of late afternoon with severe lightning and thunderstorms. Lookout for tomorrow’s post with our reschedule date.

Sunday, Ray Roberts reaffirmed it will continue to be a love-hate relationship for anglers. The wind was pretty relentless and if you were running the lake you were in for a rough ride. Getting the fish to bite was tough but once again Team Wes Davis and Chris Robinson made it look easy and figured out what the fish were doing, racking up another 1st place finish with 20.48# and weighing in 6.51# Big Bass. No strangers to top three finishes, Team Aaron Ashmore and Robert Null take 2nd place with 12.61# and team Michal Adlof and Kyle Peck pull out another solid finish taking home 3rd place with 11.82# Congratulations guys!
